General eSetem is an online stamping platform that handles the entire stamp duty process for you. You upload your document, we calculate the duty, submit to LHDN and deliver your stamp slip, all in one place.
General Every stamp slip generated through eSetem is an official LHDN e-Duti Setem issued under the LHDN stamping system, complete with a valid adjudication number. It is legally recognised, verifiable and accepted for official submissions, agreements, banking, tenancy, employment and other legal purposes across Malaysia.
General Most documents are stamped within 1–3 working days. For more complex documents or those requiring additional verification, it may take up to 1 week. You can track the progress in real time directly from your dashboard. Every stage is updated live so you always know where things stand.
General No. The entire process is done online. You never need to visit an LHDN office or stamp counter. Everything, from submission to stamp slip delivery happens through eSetem.
Documents eSetem supports a wide range of documents including Tenancy Agreements, Service Agreements, Loan Agreements, Employment Contracts, NDAs, Bonds, Statutory Declarations, Letters of Undertaking & Indemnity and more.
Documents Upload your document in PDF, JPG, or PNG format. Make sure it is the final version with all required signatures, signed parties’ names and a clearly stated date before submitting. Changes cannot be made after stamping is completed.
Documents Your stamp slip, payment receipt and the document submitted for stamping are securely stored in your eSetem dashboard for 7 years in accordance with LHDN compliance requirements. A copy is also sent to your email for convenient.
Pricing eSetem charges a flat processing fee on top of the standard LHDN stamp duty. Fixed duty documents start from RM 30 (RM 20 processing + RM 10 duty). Ad valorem documents (like tenancy or loan agreements) start from RM 50 processing fee, with duty calculated based on your document value. No hidden charges.
Pricing eSetem accepts multiple secure payment methods. FPX, credit/debit card, e-wallet and DuitNow. All transactions are processed safely and you will receive an official payment receipt for your records.
Pricing Yes. eSetem calculates the exact duty amount based on current LHDN rates for your document type. You will see the full breakdown before you pay. No surprises.
Security Yes. Your documents are encrypted and stored securely. eSetem does not share your data with any third party outside of the LHDN submission process.
